Folsom Rec Guide Summer Day Camps Browse and Register for Programs and EventsOffers the following Programs: Preschool Programs Youth Sports - A variety of youth sports programs and leagues (tennis, flag football, indoor soccer, and more) throughout the year. Folsom Teen Council - A dedicated group of Folsom high school students who want to make the world a better place. The students volunteer with a variety of events and programs. CAVE program - Provides a safe, structured, and positive environment for middle school students in 6th through 8th grades who need supervised after-school care.
